Story 8: David’s Failed Fitness Goal

David set a goal to lose 10 pounds in two months. At first, he followed his exercise plan, but after a few weeks, he started skipping workouts and eating junk food. By the end of the two months, he hadn’t lost any weight. He blamed his busy schedule, saying he didn’t have enough time to work out. He also blamed his friends for tempting him with unhealthy food at social events.
